How long does delivery take?
Most items are delivered within 10–14 working days via our white-glove delivery service. Bespoke or made-to-order pieces may take 6–8 weeks. You’ll receive a tracking update at every stage.
Absolutely — we welcome walk-in visitors during opening hours. For a more personal experience, book a private styling appointment via our showroom team and we’ll ensure a Beauly expert is on hand to guide you.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in original condition. Contact our care team to arrange a collection — we’ll handle everything from there. Bespoke pieces are non-returnable.
